The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Kitchen and serving line upgrade with owner-provided vendor-installed equipment. Installation of new hood, ductwork and exhaust fan for new cooking line; associated structural framing and supporting elements; dining area refreshment including replacement of existing tile wainscot and flooring with new finishes. Along with site path of travel ADA upgrades.
CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR WORK: Class B - General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work.
PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the PLA.
PRE-QUALIFICATION: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors must submit a prequalification package a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to bid date in order to bid on this project. No bids will be received or opened from Bidders who have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure.
