Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project is described as: Miscellaneous alterations and improvements to school interiors and exteriors and outdoor areas in three zones including abatement of hazardous materials, as follows:
Zone 1 - Upper and Lower Plazas - Remove portions of existing concrete paving - Provide planting areas with accessible permeable surface - Provide shade trees, plants, and irrigation - Provide seating
Zone 2 - Outdoor Classroom Area - Provide site work for improvements - Provide bioretention areas and rain garden - Provide gravity block retaining walls, concrete steps and handrails - Provide accessible pathways - Provide storage structure - Provide power, telecom, and security cameras - Provide shade trees, plants, and irrigation - Provide seating
Zone 3 - Garden Area - Remove existing raised planters - Provide site work for improvements - Provide gravity block retaining walls and accessible pathways - Provide accessible raised planters - Provide planting and irrigation - Provide seating
