CARPENTRY, LANDSCAPE, EARTHWORK, HAZMAT ABATEMENT

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Miscellaneous alterations and improvements to school interiors and exteriors and outdoor areas in three zones including abatement of hazardous materials, as follows: Remove portions of existing concrete paving, provide planting areas with accessible permeable surface, provide shade trees, plants, and irrigation, provide seating, provide site work for improvements, provide bioretention areas and rain garden, provide gravity block retaining walls, concrete steps and handrails, provide accessible pathways, provide storage structure. provide power, telecom, and security cameras, provide shade trees, plants, and irrigation, provide seating, remove existing raised planters, provide site work for improvements, provide gravity block retaining walls and accessible pathways, provide accessible raised planters, provide planting and irrigation, provide seating.

The estimated construction cost is $1,500,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
