We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-place Concrete, Metal Pipe and Tube Railings, Painting and Coating, Signage, Commercial Toilet Accessories, Electrical, Communications, Trenching & Backfilling, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Chain Link Fences and Gates, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Sewage Utilities, Hazmat Abatement

The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Exterior improvements including ADA Access path of travel upgrades including, but not limited to, minor exterior repair and improvements to the existing central courtyard and the existing path of travel as well as new fencing and exit gates at the central courtyard. Added site amenities and furnishings in the courtyard include the installation of new play structures and nature play areas. The interior scope of work includes minor electrical work for the existing warming kitchen and minor accessibility upgrades to existing restrooms serving the Courtyard.

CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR WORK: Class B - General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractors with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
