Innovative Construction Solutions is seeking quotes from small, minority, and women-owned businesses (DBEs) for an  upcoming bid.

 

PROJECT NAME: MAIN WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DIGESTERS 7, 11, & 12 REHABILITATION

BID DUE DATE: 8/13/2025

AWARDING AGENCY/OWNER: East Bay Municipal Utilities District

PROJECT LOCATION: Oakland, CA

We are seeking quotes for construction supplies, materials, equipment, and services in addition to quotes from qualified subcontractors for the subject project. 

 

Scope of Services

Work includes the following: (1) remove and replace linings (or coatings) on digester internal

steel and concrete surfaces. (2) Electrical and instrumentation work required to replace or modify

digester overflow temperature sensors for each digester. (3) Structural repair work on the

underside (inside) of the Digester 12 cover. (4) Remove and install new digester insulated

roofing system on Digester 10 and spot repair of roof insulation at specific digesters. (5) Install

new Class 1 Division 2 wiring, panels, and controls equipment at the flares. (6) install HVAC

system in the Dewatering Building. (7) area gas monitor sensors, and (8) other miscellaneous

improvements in and around the digesters. And all associated work (“Work”) as indicated in the

Contract Documents.
