Description of Project:

The Project involves, but is not limited to, the conversion and expansion of a former elementary school building to a 

community center with assembly spaces, commercial kitchen, restrooms, AV equipment; and renovation of 10 acres of 

parkland consisting of parking lots, children’s play structure, basketball and pickleball courts, outdoor fitness court, 

lighting, vehicular and pedestrian pathways, site furnishings, bioretention basins, landscape and limited irrigation.
