The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide and install holiday lights and decorations throughout various City facilities and locations. Services will include the design, installation, maintenance, and removal of seasonal decorations on buildings, trees, and surrounding grounds.

The City of Mesa is soliciting Request for Proposal responses from qualified and experienced vendors to establish non-exclusive, pre-qualified contractors to perform roofing repairs and installation, including but not limited to, polyurethane foam and coating, on various city facilities/projects on an as-needed basis.

It is the intent of the District to provide all applicable sites with a complete service of flood irrigation to maintain the landscape environment in a pleasing and desirable appearance. The work consists of the installation of: new Dynamic Message Sign (DMS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera, a Queue Warning System, warning signs, grading, and related work.

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Architectural services for development of a new Senior Center in Laveen. Services will include full architectural design services and construction administration and observation services. The new Senior Center will be developed within an existing park in Laveen located near 35th Avenue and Baseline.

The Citys Water Services Department oversees projects to support hundreds of facilities located throughout the Citys water system. The facilities include, but are not limited to: water treatment plants, groundwater production wells, groundwater treatment facilities, booster pump stations, pressure reducing valve stations, potable water storage reservoirs (steel and concrete), distribution/remote facility maintenance and service yards, and administrative centers. The selected consultants will assist the City and provide engineering services for an initial 36-month period or $6,000,000 per consultant, whichever occurs first.

The City of Scottsdale Parks and Recreation Department is need of services for dumpster repair, replacement and parts.

Abandonment of the existing aquifer storage and recovery Well (ASR-8) drilling and completion of one replacement ASR well (ASR-8R) at the City of Chandler Tumbleweed Underground Storage Facility. The proposed replacement well, ASR-8R, is located within the City of Chandler Parks and Facilities Service Center and Aquatic Administration located at 650 Ryan Road, Chandler Arizona. The cadastral location for ASR-8R is the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 5 East [D92-5)10 ACC].

The Contractor shall steam clean and power wash all sidewalks along the East and West sides of Mill Avenue between University Drive and Rio Salado Parkway (see Exhibit A Site Map), and other City locations as directed including parks, buildings, infrastructure, and pathways.

The Work included in this Project consists of construction for the rehabilitation of the Well 7 site. The Wells rehabilitation includes the installation of an emergency generator, electrical equipment upgrades, piping modifications and the undergrounding of the existing overhead electrical power service to the site, communications pole and conduits, and the construction of an 8-ft high CMU security wall and wrought iron gate along the frontage of the well site along El Mirage Rd. In addition to the well 7 rehabilitations, the project includes the replacement of existing 12 ductile iron pipe (DIP) along El Mirage Rd just south of Indian School Rd intersection with an approximately333 linear feet (LF) of a new 16-inch DIP water transmission main with appurtenances and approximately 377 LF of parallel double 2.5-inch conduits for future fiber optic (FO) communication. As an alternative bid, the work includes the installation of approximately 1,357 LF of a new 12-inch DIP with appurtenances and approximately 1,385 LF of parallel double 2.5-inch conduits for future FO communication along Indian School Rd, west of the El Mirage Rd intersection located within the City of Avondale.

This Solicitation is for awarding a firm, fixed-price purchasing contract to cover a three (3) year term and may be renewed up to a maximum of two (2) years.

The City of Buckeye is looking for qualified contractors that can provide Lake Maintenance Services for the City of Buckeye Parks Department. The goal is to ensure the lakes are properly maintained for water quality, safety, and aesthetic standards in alignment with City expectations.

Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) proposes to complete the Final Design and Post Design services for the Roadway Widening project: Litchfield Rd, Northern Parkway to Peoria Ave. The project is within unincorporated Maricopa County as well as City of Surprise, City of Glendale. The purpose of this roadway project is to address future roadway capacity, access management and intersection improvements.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. Luke AFB is seeking a vendor to provide quarterly preventive maintenance, inspections and repair service for all automatic doors. Repairs shall be in accordance with accepted commercial practices, using parts and tools specified by the automatic door manufacturer. To provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair and replace of Automatic Doors on Luke AFB in a manner that ensures compliance with the standards of the industry and safe operation.

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for streetlight maintenance services. The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be upon December 1, 2026.The term of this Agreement will be for five (5) years.
