Contractor to provide all material and labor required as described in the Scope of Work section on an as-needed basis for a period of one year, with four renewable one-year options. Includes water quality testing, golden algae testing, aquatic vegetation & algae control.

The proposed project is located in Maricopa and La Paz Counties on I-8, MP 100.7 to MP 112.7 near Gila Bend; and on I-10, MP 0.5 to MP 6.4 near Ehrenberg; and on I-10 MP 20.9 to 21.1 near Quartzsite. The work consists of the installation of: new Dynamic Message Sign (DMS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera, a Queue Warning System, warning signs, grading, and related work.

The project is located at the Jay Lively Activity Center in Flagstaff, AZ. The scope of work includes selective demolition of existing water-cooled chillers, evaporative coolers, pumps, air control devices, and piping, and the installation of two new air-cooled chillers, primary chilled water pumps, air control devices, and a hydronic reheat loop. New equipment shall be connected to existing chilled water piping. The new reheat loop shall be connected to the existing heat exchanger HX-2. New controls devices, wiring, and programming shall be provided to integrate all new equipment into the existing BAS system. New chillers shall have BACnet communication. A new 1000 amp main electrical switchboard will be provided by the owner and installed by the contractor to feed the building. An electrical service upgrade will be required to support the new equipment. The City of Flagstaff will coordinate all requirements with the local utility to implement the service upgrade.

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Architectural services for development of a new Senior Center in Laveen. Services will include full architectural design services and construction administration and observation services. The new Senior Center will be developed within an existing park in Laveen located near 35th Avenue and Baseline.

The Citys Water Services Department oversees projects to support hundreds of facilities located throughout the Citys water system. The facilities include, but are not limited to: water treatment plants, groundwater production wells, groundwater treatment facilities, booster pump stations, pressure reducing valve stations, potable water storage reservoirs (steel and concrete), distribution/remote facility maintenance and service yards, and administrative centers. The selected consultants will assist the City and provide engineering services for an initial 36-month period or $6,000,000 per consultant, whichever occurs first.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work. The proposed project generally includes the rehabilitation of approximately 45,500 square yards of asphalt apron pavement located in the area around the administration/terminal building.

Abandonment of the existing aquifer storage and recovery Well (ASR-8) drilling and completion of one replacement ASR well (ASR-8R) at the City of Chandler Tumbleweed Underground Storage Facility. The proposed replacement well, ASR-8R, is located within the City of Chandler Parks and Facilities Service Center and Aquatic Administration located at 650 Ryan Road, Chandler Arizona. The cadastral location for ASR-8R is the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 5 East [D92-5)10 ACC].

Work will include installation of approximately 15,000 LF of water mainline within, and to the North, of the Clay Springs Townsite.

The Contractor shall steam clean and power wash all sidewalks along the East and West sides of Mill Avenue between University Drive and Rio Salado Parkway (see Exhibit A Site Map), and other City locations as directed including parks, buildings, infrastructure, and pathways.
