Description
For the furnishing of all labor, material, transportation and services for the project. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, replacement of existing hydraulic elevator controller, fixtures, machinery, and car. The existing hydraulic elevator is well beyond its service life, is no longer operable, and replacement parts are unavailable.
