Description: The project includes the installation of approximately 1,600 linear feet of gravity sewer, consisting primarily of 24inch diameter ductile iron and PVC sewer main and approximately 501 linear feet of 36inch steel encasement installed via multiple auger bores at select crossings. The construction of this interceptor improvement project is divided into two separate Work Zones and includes upsizing the existing gravity sewer, replacing associated appurtenances, and all other related work. All work shall be performed as required by the Contract Documents for a complete and operational system, for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department.

Code Enforcement Mowing Contract, Bentonville, AR
Description: Bidder agrees to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and all other items as necessary to perform the code compliance mowing and brush hogging, and debris removal services, as needed and as specified, within Bentonville City limits. A service call shall be defined as the mowing or brush hogging of a code violation location. There is no guarantee of a minimum number of service calls per contract term. Bidders are responsible for making themselves familiar with the Scope of Work prior to submitting a Bid. Each service call will include all services that are industry standard when performing code compliance mowing and brush- hogging, and debris removal services, including but not limited to the edging of grass, litter/yard waste removal, weed-eating, blowing off debris or clippings from sidewalks/surfaces to present a neat and orderly appearance, removal of excessive lawn clippings, and removal of loose limbs and leaves from the site(s}.
