Description: The Project consists of constructing approximately 2,100 square yards of improved turf apron west of Taxiway A. Improvements will consist of permeable paver system installation.

The Project includes the following major components: 1. Installation of Care of Water measures (cofferdams, diversions, etc.) as necessary toprotect the Work and facilitate construction. 2. Stabilization of a rock overhang with shotcrete and passive rock anchors. 3. Replacement of two sluice gates on the masonry dam. 4. Fabrication and installation of steel debris impact deflection. 5. Repair of the dam crest with shotcrete and reinforcement. 6. Rehabilitation of the Twin Springs landing structure and adjacent park elements asdetailed on the Construction Drawings. 7. Stabilization by topsoil and grass of all areas disturbed by construction activities.

Description: The project includes the installation of approximately 1,600 linear feet of gravity sewer, consisting primarily of 24inch diameter ductile iron and PVC sewer main and approximately 501 linear feet of 36inch steel encasement installed via multiple auger bores at select crossings. The construction of this interceptor improvement project is divided into two separate Work Zones and includes upsizing the existing gravity sewer, replacing associated appurtenances, and all other related work. All work shall be performed as required by the Contract Documents for a complete and operational system, for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department.

Description: Bidder agrees to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and all other items as necessary to perform the code compliance mowing and brush hogging, and debris removal services, as needed and as specified, within Bentonville City limits. A service call shall be defined as the mowing or brush hogging of a code violation location. There is no guarantee of a minimum number of service calls per contract term. Bidders are responsible for making themselves familiar with the Scope of Work prior to submitting a Bid. Each service call will include all services that are industry standard when performing code compliance mowing and brush- hogging, and debris removal services, including but not limited to the edging of grass, litter/yard waste removal, weed-eating, blowing off debris or clippings from sidewalks/surfaces to present a neat and orderly appearance, removal of excessive lawn clippings, and removal of loose limbs and leaves from the site(s}.

Description: The purpose of this Project is to construct a Quintuple 12' x 8' R.C. Box Culvert and Approaches on 0.138 mile of Bredehoeft Road in the City of Springtown in Benton County. This Project consists of Clearing and Grubbing, Earthwork, Aggregate Base Course, ACHM Surface Course, Maintenance of Traffic, Minor Drainage Structures, Erosion Control Items, One (1) Quintuple R.C. Box Culvert (Total Span 63.83'), and Miscellaneous Items.
