Description: The Project consists of constructing approximately 2,100 square yards of improved turf apron west of Taxiway A. Improvements will consist of permeable paver system installation.

Scope of Work: The Project includes the construction/rehabilitation of approximately 46 sewer manholes.

The Project includes the following major components: 1. Installation of Care of Water measures (cofferdams, diversions, etc.) as necessary toprotect the Work and facilitate construction. 2. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, tools, and equipment to Construct New Water Storage Facility and Demolish Existing Water Storage Facility as specified herein at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks located at 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703.

811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. All animals must be supplied with a readily available source of clean water. The current automatic watering system in building 53, building 62, and building 62A-177 meet those requirements. The current automatic watering system must be serviced regularly to maintain optimal function and to ensure clean drinking water is provided to animals in individually ventilated cages at all times. This requirement is for a Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service contract. The SE Labs automatic watering system and its Monnit monitoring system are pre-existing in the animal facilities of building 53, building 62, and building 62A-177. The AWS is on the Product List, and it includes storage tanks, pumps, water delivery and return lines, filters, and UV sterilization units. PoP Base year 07/24/26 07/23/27 plus 4 year option.

Description: The project includes the installation of approximately 1,600 linear feet of gravity sewer, consisting primarily of 24inch diameter ductile iron and PVC sewer main and approximately 501 linear feet of 36inch steel encasement installed via multiple auger bores at select crossings. The construction of this interceptor improvement project is divided into two separate Work Zones and includes upsizing the existing gravity sewer, replacing associated appurtenances, and all other related work. All work shall be performed as required by the Contract Documents for a complete and operational system, for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department.
