Description

Project scope consists of an approximately 8,800 SF single story building with a conventional spread footing foundation system and a hardened shell exterior. Work includes a 911 call center, areal time crime center, a server room, gallery spaces on the exterior of the building and associated support spaces. There will also be an enclosure that houses a radio tower and mechanical equipment. Mechanical system is a conventional split system. Includes electrical and plumbing systems including site utilities. Sitework includes asphalt paving, curbs, and walks
