The work of this 548 calendar day project consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supervision required to construct the backlands improvements at Berth 24, including, but not limited to: site preparation, site paving and striping, drainage, installation of bioretention, new switchgear, reefer racks, RTG runways, underground conduits, vaults, cabling, light poles, and firewater; and performing all associated work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents
