Description

Remove existing wood parquet flooring and install new ceramic mosaic tile flooring at Zellerbach Hall. Base Bid scope covers approximately 6,200 SF at Level 4 (Mezzanine Lobby). Add Alternate No. 1 covers approximately 1,800 SF at Level 5 (Upper Lobby Gallery). Work includes demolition of existing flooring, substrate preparation, crack isolation membrane, self-leveling compound, and installation of new ceramic mosaic tile (OFCI) with associated trim and grout
