General work description: Bridge deck and joints repair.

The Project is located along Giant Road over San Pablo Creek just south of Parr Blvd and is described as follows: The City of San Pablo proposes preventive maintenance work on the Giant Rd Bridge over San Pablo Creek (Bridge No.28C-0326). The proposed work will include the removal and replacement of bridge deck joints, the removal and replacement of unsound concrete, cleaning of reinforcement, pavement conform, and the application of polyester concrete overlay across the entire bridge deck. Additionally, the roadway striping will be removed and replaced. All work will take place within the Citys right-of-way

The project is located on Giant Road, between Brookside Drive and Miner Avenue. The scope of work includes roadway rehabilitation, consisting of base failure repairs, crack sealing, slurry sealing, construction of concrete curb ramps, and roadway restriping

The City requires civil engineering services (Services) for its Project. The Project involves replacing approximately 3,390 linear feet of existing 18-inch and 24inch Spirolite sanitary sewer main along Balfour Road between Fairview Avenue and Sweetgrass Drive

The City requires civil engineering services (Services) for its Project. The Project involves replacing approximately 2,600 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer main of varying sizes along Brentwood Boulevard between Oak Street and Havenwood Avenue. The material of the sewer main is primarily clay, which was installed an estimated 68 years ago with no records of previous rehabilitation being performed. With an expected life span of 50-60 years for clay, the sewer main is due for rehabilitation and/or replacement. In addition, there are approximately 22 sanitary sewer manholes in need of rehabilitation as they are primarily brick. There is also a need to construct/install approximately six (6) new manholes to allow for better cleaning, maintenance, and operation

General work description: A contract to provide trucking services consisting of trucks and operators to support road and flood control maintenance repair work, including transportation of debris, aggregate, hot mix asphalt, and rock, on an as-needed basis

Work Description: The work consists of repairing erosion at three sites along Marsh Creek in the Brentwood area. Work includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, embankment reconstruction, placement of soil-filled rock slope protection, temporary water diversion and dewatering, temporary traffic control, hydroseeding, placement of erosion control measures, and re-establishment of an existing drainage ditch.

Work Description: The work will be done on 4 sites on Deer Valley Road. Work on site 1 at Deer Valley Road at Empire Mine Road generally consists of pavement widening, installation of a solar speed feedback sign system, roadside signs, placement of a concrete ditch lining, and placing thermoplastic striping. At site 2 located North of Wetzl Lane, work includes installation of a solar speed feedback sign system and installing roadside signs on existing posts. At site 3 located north of Briones Valley Road work includes installation of MGS, roadside signs, and a solar feedback sign system. At site 4 located South of Briones Valley Road will widen a portion of the shoulder on the east side of Deer Valley Road, and install 2 solar speed feedback sign systems and roadway signs.

The City of Orinda is seeking a professional consultant team to provide engineering services to provide survey, design and construction documents for the City of Orinda Coral Drive sidewalk from Moraga Way to Ardith Drive

Scope of Work: Design-build services for a new behavioral health facility. Once completed, the center will feature a sobering center, crisis triage, withdrawal management, and outpatient services. Location: Pittsburg, CA (adjacent to the Pittsburg Health Center near Los Medanos College)

The Project is located within the City of Concord, along Montgomery Avenue, Matheson Road, Armand Drive, Bon Homme Way, Solano Way, Iron Horse Trail, Regency Drive, and San Simeon Drive.

General Work Description: The work consists of various road, flood control, and airport maintenance work to provide support as needed to Public Works Maintenance crews for various routine road, flood control, and airport maintenance repairs, such as, but not limited to, pavement repairs and replacement, crack seal, slurry seal, skin patching, asphalt concrete cold planing, pavement leveling, shoulder widening, hot mix asphalt paving, storm damage repair work, rock slope protection, slope stabilization, culvert repair work, and concrete structure repair work.

The contractor will be responsible for completing various habitat restoration tasks that are required in different County locations. The work may include vegetation management, hand planting, hand seeding and hydro seeding, native plant identification and cutting, seeding and replacement, invasive plant treatment and undesirable plant removal (including herbicide application), placement of mulch, installation, maintenance and removal of temporary irrigation systems, watering of plants by hand and general site maintenance including remediation of plant pathogens in planting areas

The work shall generally consist of the fabrication and installation of signage within parks throughout the City of Antioch. Additional work includes mounting assemblies, connections, and foundations, excavations, lighting, and traffic control.

Pest Control Advisor

The work to be performed is located within three residential neighborhoods and along one arterial street in the Town of Moraga. The project includes pavement restoration, storm drain open cut repairs, monument preservation, utility adjustments, concrete curb and gutter repairs, concrete sidewalk and pathway repairs, ADA curb ramp installations, cold planing/milling, partial depth recycling, and shoulder stabilization. Additional work includes hot mix asphalt overlay, temporary and permanent pavement striping, traffic control, tree removal, and all other related improvements along the project streets. The scope also includes any other work, items, or details not specifically listed above but required by applicable standards, specifications, or contract special provisions.
