Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors. Under an Interagency Agreement, the John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) is providing support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Facilities Real Property Disposition program. As part of these efforts, removal/demolition and related activities will be conducted at one Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) facility in the FAAs Western Service Area (ESA). The demolition and related activities shall be performed at the FAA facilities listed below: CZQ VOR Clovis, CA (38.884322, -119.815140). The FAA no longer uses the equipment/buildings at the above-listed facility. The property is leased and there are no co-located facilities, so the FAA plans to cancel the lease after the demolition and restoration activities take place. Prior to relinquishing this property the FAA plans to remove environmental hazards, demolish or remove certain onsite structures and infrastructure, and restore disturbed areas.PoP June 24, 2026 - Sept 30, 2026.
