Description

The Work encompassed by the Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but in general consists of, but is not limited to, the following Work: Providing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, machinery, and management required to complete the resurfacing of the Lynwood Natatorium pool. The project activities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: Coordination with the Los Angeles County Health Department to ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements. Removal of the existing interior pool coating and finish through sandblasting. Replacement of any damaged or deteriorated pool tiles. Application of a new white pool paint finish with black lane markings. Preparation, repair, and repainting of the pool overflow gutter.
