The initial contract will be for a period of two years from the award of contract. The City may request to extend the contract with two (2) additional 1-year extensions.

Description

The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide engineering design services for the Miscellaneous Water Main Replacement, I-153 (Del Amo Blvd & Crenshaw Blvd). This RFP is intended to be as descriptive as possible. However, Proposers may not take advantage of omissions or oversights in this document. Proposers must supply products and services that meet or exceed the requirements of this RFP. In the event of a dispute over installation or performance, the needs of the City of Torrance will govern.
