Description
The City of Alhambra, Public Works Department, is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Janitorial and cleaning services for City Parking Structures. The City staff is soliciting Proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide comprehensive cleaning services, including emptying waste receptacles, removing debris, bimonthly pressure washing of stairways, and cleaning and sanitizing elevator floors, doors, and interior walls. This includes the removal of graffiti. In addition, services shall include the use of a vacuum sweeper truck for floor cleaning and other janitorial tasks necessary to maintain the parking structures in a clean, safe, and presentable condition for public use.
