The Irwindale Housing Authority (IHA) is requesting Proposals from qualified development partners for the redevelopment of 22,410-square foot IHA-owned vacant site into a high-quality affordable multi-family residential housing project located at 1615416158 Arrow Highway. The IHA anticipates retaining ownership of the land and seeks a qualified development partner through a long-term ground lease, allowing the IHA to maintain oversight of design, operations, and long-term use. The primary goal of this project is to create a thoughtfully planned housing development that meets the IHAs housing objectives and complements surrounding land uses.
