Description

The Project consists of: Comprehensive upgrades to fire alarm systems across multiple school sites, including the replacement, installation, testing, and commissioning of code-compliant fire alarm systems to enhance life safety and emergency response capabilities. Upgrades will include, but are not limited to, control panels, detection devices, notification appliances, wiring, and integration with existing campus infrastructure where applicable. All work must comply with current California Fire Code, California Building Code, applicable NFPA standards, and Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements. The selected contractor will be responsible for coordinating with District staff to minimize disruption to school operations, and ensuring systems are fully operational and approved by the District upon project completion.
