Description
The City of Bradbury is seeking proposals from qualified firms for an environmental consultant and/or project management services relating to the development of a 17-lot subdivision located at 1527 & 1533 Royal Oaks Drive North in the City of Bradbury. The project is being proposed by Sunrise Real Estate in Arcadia. The City is seeking services for both Project Management and Environmental Consultant. The City may select separate consultants to provide the two tasks and interested firms may respond to one or both portions of the RFP.
