Description

The project Scope of Work included in this Contract is generally described as follows. This project entails a thorough renovation of Rooms 112 and 113, the designated science laboratories at Garey High School. The renovation aims to ensure compliance with fire life safety standards and accessibility regulations. Complete demolition of existing cabinets and flooring, Construction of new steel stud walls, Three new electrical panels, Installation of water and gas lines with centrally located emergency services shut-off valves, Provision of a new fume hood, chemical safety shower, and deionized water stations, Installation of three monitors in each room, equipped with individualized learning experiences, and Setup of new audio-visual (AV) and Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) racks in the adjacent hallway.
