Description

The City of South Gate (City) is seeking a qualified Consultant that can successfully provide Design Services to prepare Plans, Specifications and Estimates for the Shade Structures for Ballfield at South Gate Park Project, City Project No. 747-PRK. Services to be provided include project management, preparation of final plans, specifications & estimates, and construction support services, in accordance with Local, and State requirements. The intent of this project is to enhance community comfort, provide sun protection, and improve the overall functionality and aesthetics of the facilities. The selected consultant will be responsible for evaluating existing site conditions, preparing design concepts, and developing construction documents for shade structures.
