Description

The Santa Monica Department of Transportation (SMDOT) is looking for an HVAC vendor to provide monthly maintenance and repair services to its facility HVAC equipment at its Big Blue Bus facilities. Provide maintenance and repairs to HVAC and Air Movement Systems located at the Big Blue Bus Administration Facility, Maintenance Facility and the Fuel and Wash Facility as required. The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing materials, labor, tools, equipment and performing all operations in connection with proper maintenance and repair of Mechanical HVAC equipment. Continual and reliable operation is essential for the 24 hour operation of our facility. It is essential that prompt THOROUGH service is provided at these locations. All installations shall comply with applicable federal, state and local codes. Replacement of major equipment or components not identified in these specifications are not considered approved until quotes are submitted to the SMDOT and approved by the appropriate supervisor. The supplier shall provide original equipment manufacturer parts/components. Deviations or substitutions shall not be allowed unless approved in writing by SMDOT.
