Description

Description: Remove existing playground surfacing and install new poured-in-place (PIP) rubber safety surfacing at a licensed child care facility in compliance with all applicable regulations. Work Includes: Remove and dispose of approximately 1,085 SF of existing surfacing. Prepare subgrade (cleaning, leveling, minor repairs). Install approximately 1,085 SF of PIP rubber surfacing at 2-inch thickness. Area 1: ~660 SF. Area 2: ~425 SF. Provide 50/50 two-color blend (cobalt blue/black or equal). Finish to be seamless, smooth, slip-resistant, and bonded to base.
