Description
The City of Pasadena Public Works Engineering Division is seeking a licensed and experienced contractor to replace the existing roofing of the Hill Avenue historic branch library and to upgrade structural connections for said building. The scope of work also includes restriping the existing parking lot, repairs to existing cracked wood beams and plaster ceilings, existing interior wood elements surface cleaning and providing new insulation at existing ceiling level.
