Description
The project includes the decommissioning and removal of Air Handler Unit (AHU) No. 3 located in the building basement mechanical room, and replacing it with a new AHU in place, including modifications to the ductwork, electrical equipment, instrumentation, and piping connections to and from the AHU and control system. Replacement of control valves for AHU 1 and 2 on the roof with Pressure Independent Control Valves, and adding a Differential Pressure Control Valve in the first floor cafeteria.
