Description
The City is requesting proposals from general engineering (California A licensed) and general building (California B licensed) contractors to provide on-call construction services. These services will be on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award one or more contracts of a not-to-exceed construction value of $1,000,000 to provide the requested services for a five-year term, with up to two one-year extensions.
