Description

Phase 2 is the Tenant Improvement renovation of a multi-media job training center, back of house training spaces, offices, audio recording and editing training rooms, theatrical and common area finishes throughout all spaces, including miscellaneous work in the basement parking area and exterior finishes. It includes, but is not limited to, the procurement and installation of theatrical equipment, acoustic treatments, flooring and finishes in the theater main space which is also designed to function as a fully equipped sound stage and state-ofthe- art multi-media job training space.
