Description

The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system at Northrup Elementary School, Building D (Standing Seam), located at 409 S. Atlantic Blvd, Alhambra, California. Work includes demolition and disposal of the existing standing seam metal roof and any existing insulation, preparation and cleaning of the roof deck, installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation and cover board, and installation of a reinforced fluid-applied roofing membrane system (such as WeatherWeld or equal). The scope also includes repairs as necessary to provide a watertight roof assembly, installation or replacement of flashings, terminations, and related sheet metal components, and application of a Title 24 compliant reflective coating. The Project shall result in a complete, watertight, and warrantable roofing system
