Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as specified and required for construction. This project consists of the construction of a new playground area with a new pre-fabricated restroom building, new playground equipment, new resilient rubber surfacing, new concrete play area bond beam, new concrete walkways, new site furnishings (picnic tables, bench/chair seating, waste receptacles), new drinking fountain, new site lighting, new irrigation, new tree and shrub plantings, and all other items as required to provide a completely operational facility.
