Description
The City of Calabasas would like to retain the services of a qualified Landscape Maintenance Company to perform landscape maintenance work. The respective areas of this contract are compromised as the exterior landscaped common areas of Landscape Maintenance District 22. The work to be done consists of, but not limited to, landscape maintenance of parkways, median islands and slopes, including mowing and edging, weeding, sweeping, pruning of shrubs and groundcovers, fertilizing, litter clean-up, tree trimming for pedestrian clearances, etc. Refer to cost-breakdown schedules herein as well as maps for a complete understanding of all maintenance work to be performed.
