The Project is located at 101 F Street, Arcata CA 95521, adjacent to Rotary Park, and is described as follows: replacement of existing natural gas powered pumps with electric pumps and associated 3 phase electrical service upgrades, conduit, wiring, control panels, and underground utility work. The Project must be fully completed within one hundred and five (105) working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about June 29, 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding
