This bid includes pricing for both of the following City projects as required: PW 1795 Mills Park Building Renovations and PW 1636 Mills Park Building Site Improvements. Bids shall include pricing for both projects. Bidder shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental costs necessary to complete both project scopes. Pricing shall reflect full coordination of both PW 1795 and PW 1636 as presented in the Bid Documents.
