Description

The City of El Segundo Public Works Department invites qualified Construction Management firms to submit proposals to provide Construction Management and Inspection (CM/CI) Services for the Teen Center, Plaza, and Skate Park Project (PW 25-13) located at Recreation Park. The Project consists of renovation and improvement of existing facilities, including upgrades to the Teen Center, plaza enhancements, and reconstruction of the skate park. Work includes demolition, site improvements, structural modifications, utilities, and associated infrastructure upgrades.
