Description

As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project (Project) which consists of an the redesign of Friendship Square Plaza, funded with CDBG-CV to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the impacts of COVID-19. The project will improve the layout of the public space to support safer community use by incorporating design features that promote social distancing, enhance sanitation, and reduce the risk of virus transmission in a high-use public area. The selected contract will provide all necessary equipment, materials, transportation and labor for the project as shown on the plans on file with the Citys Public Works Department.
