Description

This Scope of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the complete repainting of approximately 29 City-owned steel bus shelters, 31 benches, and 27 trash receptacles within the City of Bell municipal boundaries. The objective is to restore our public transit infrastructure to a pristine, durable, and welcoming condition that reflects community pride. Work must address the specific local conditions (sun exposure, proximity to industrial areas) while adhering strictly to all City, State, and regional regulations. The successful Contractor will perform all work with the highest regard for the safety and convenience of Bell residents and businesses. The City expects the selected Proposer(s) to deliver the requested services in full accordance with the Scope of Work outlined in this RFP, including all related exhibits, attachments, appendices, and any negotiated modifications.
