The City seeks to award one or more maintenance contracts to provide preventative maintenance and on-call tree maintenance services for public trees at citywide locations. This contract will be for an initial 3-year term with three three-year options to renew. Contractors shall furnish all labor, incidental trade-related materials, tools, equipment, transportation/ mobilization/ vehicle expenses/ fuel, relevant expenses, taxes, insurances, bonding, overhead and profit, traffic control, permits, and public noticing, as required, to accomplish the work in accordance with the Citys contract requirements/specifications. General work includes: preventative maintenance (grid/district trimming); on-call services (scheduled crew rental services, trimming, tree removal, tree planting, and tree watering); emergency tree services; root pruning services; young tree care services; tree grate/tree well installation services; and all other related tree services.

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), in cooperation and funding by METRO, VCTC, California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA), and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), proposed to rehabilitate the Pacific Surfliner Corridor on the Ventura County Line (SCRRAs Ventura Subdivision). The Ventura County Line serves Metrolink commuter trains (operated by SCRRA), Pacific Surfliner intercity passenger train (operated by Amtrak), Amtraks Coastal Starlight Trian (operated by Amtrak) and Union Pacific Railroad freight trains. The Construction Work may include the following categories: earthwork, culvert work, track work, Tunnel track work, traffic control planning and coordination with Union Pacific Railroad and its third-party contractors, SCRRA signal and communications contractor, SCRRA and SCRRA contracted employees.

The City of Torrance is requesting bids for Torrance Transit Facility First and Second Floor Renovation as per the plans and specifications provided by the City of Torrance and BOA Architecture. The project consists of renovation of the first and second floor of the Torrance Transit Facility. In case of disputes, City requirements take precedence. First Floor - renovation of a storage area into a new breakroom and dispatch area with new updated LED lighting, two gender neutral restrooms (one which meets ADA standards), a new kitchenette, a new dispatch window area, relocated dispatch mailboxes, refinished concrete floors, and window storefronts. Second Floor - renovation of common spaces with a new landing faade wall with TV display, updated drinking fountain, repolished concrete floors, updated LED lighting, wall cabinetry for added storage, and updated outlets with USB fixtures, new private office, new kitchen layout with proper fixtures, new exhaust fans at all restrooms, new open office with cubicles, new carpet, paint, acoustics at existing offices. Exterior - Provide new exterior aluminum storefront system with tempered glass, new aluminum storefront door and door hardware.

This project will rehabilitate approximately 3,309 linear feet of existing City of Los Angeles sewers comprised of: 2,944 linear feet of 54-inch circular reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) tile lined sewer; 246 linear feet of 30-inch circular double barrel cast iron (CI) siphon pipe, approximately 123 linear feet in length for each barrel; and 119 linear feet of 36-inch circular VCP Air Line. The sewer alignment runs along Mansfield Ave. & La Brea Ave from Ferndale St. (U/S MH No. 518-15-153) to Obama Blvd. (D/S MH No. 535-03-005). The proposed work also includes the rehabilitation of the maintenance holes, siphon inlet & outlet structures, and reconnection of house connections and sewer laterals.

The City of Malibu is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for Malibu City Hall and five City park facilities. The selected firm shall provide custodial services for offices, community rooms, common spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and outdoor areas. The custodial services include, but are not limited to, cleaning, washing, emptying trash, and other services necessary to maintain and secure facilities in operational condition. The services shall be implemented in accordance with a mixture of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal cleaning and maintenance schedules. The selected firm will also assist with preventive and miscellaneous maintenance work by promptly reporting broken, malfunctioning, or vandalized equipment, fixtures, or structures. Before beginning the work, the selected firm will be required to attend a one-hour training session covering the Citys waste management practices and zero-waste initiatives.

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the purchase and installation of forty-seven (47) flexible vent extraction arms with 6-inch openings in the existing educational Welding Lab.

Foothill Transit is issuing this Invitation for Bids No. 26-026 (IFB) soliciting bids from qualified individuals or firms to upgrade traffic signal equipment at seventeen (17) signalized intersections along Amar Road. The work will include furnishing, installing, converting signal timing, conguring, and testing traffic signal system upgrades, as more fully described herein and in the specifications and drawings provided in Part IV of this IFB.

The Valencia WRP Stormwater Management Improvements project is located at 28185 The Old Road, Valencia, CA, 26191 Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91350, and 26200 Springbrook Ave, Saugus, CA 91350. The Valencia WRP scope includes replacing a pump, including power and controls, installing precast vaults and catch basins, modifying an electric switchgear, installing a flow meter, constructing a sampling location, and making various grading and pavement improvements across the site. The Saugus bypass gate structure scope, located within the Green Landscape Nursery near the Saugus WRP, includes installing a new bypass gate structure with a gate actuator. The project also includes replacing and relocating the existing control panel, currently located outside the nursery, to a location closer to the new structure.

The City of La Caada Flintridge is soliciting proposals from qualified companies or agencies to provide landscape maintenance services for the Citys parks, medians, streetscapes, pedestrian paths, right-of-way, and other building grounds for a minimum of three (3) years starting July 1, 2026, or earlier if requested by the City.

The City seeks to award one or more contracts to provide: (1) installation services; (2) maintenance services, including routine preventative maintenance and on-call maintenance and repairs; and (3) customer service assistance services for publicly accessible bicycle electronic locker systems (e-lockers) at three (3) City-owned public facility locations. The initial contract term shall be for one (1) year, with two (2) optional two-year renewal terms. Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, incidental trade-related materials, tools, equipment, transportation, mobilization, vehicle expenses, fuel, permits, traffic control, public notification, taxes, insurance, bonding, overhead, and profit necessary to perform the work in accordance with the Citys specifications and contract requirements. E-lockers provided under this contract shall operate as a shared-use, on-demand system and shall not be configured for exclusive or long-term assignment to individual users. The system must support access by multiple registered users on a short-term, non-exclusive basis, with lockers returning to general availability after each use or after a defined maximum usage period. General work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing and installing secure, durable, and weather-resistant bicycle storage units; implementing user-friendly electronic access systems (e.g., mobile application, RFID/transit card, or keypad entry); ensuring system functionality and reliability; providing routine preventative maintenance; delivering on-call maintenance and repair services; offering customer support to end users; and collecting and reporting data related to system usage, availability, and performance metrics.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidental for the deconstruction and removal of all existing site improvements associated with the Commerce Refuse to Energy Facility, and other work as shown on the bid documents.

Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) has established a contracting opportunity to construct a grade-separated bridge replacing the existing at-grade crossing at Doran Street and San Fernando Road, extending beneath SR-134 and connecting to the Fairmont Avenue Bridge as outlined in the Technical Specification. Upon completion, the at-grade crossing will be permanently closed, improving safety, reducing noise, and maintaining reliable emergency access through a new grade-separated connection integrated with the local street network.
