The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority has established a contracting opportunity to provide the following: Games Multimodal Infrastructure Project CM/GC under an accelerated construction manager/general contractor contract, as further described in this Request for Proposal. The Games Multimodal Infrastructure Project (GMIP) is a Los Angeles Countywide, multi-component capital program intended to enhance transit connectivity, improve bus travel times and reliability, strengthen first/last mile access, and support safe and efficient mobility operations in advance of the 2028 Games. The GMIP consists of a coordinated suite of improvements located throughout Los Angeles County and spanning multiple jurisdictions. The GMIP consists of: (i) the Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods ("RCN") scope, which includes mobility hubs, first/last mile improvements, and bus corridor enhancements; (ii) key station improvements; (iii) additional mobility hub locations beyond those included in the RCN scope; and (iv) opportunity charging infrastructure and related supporting works. Collectively, these components are intended to improve multimodal integration, enhance pedestrian and bicycle access, implement bus priority treatments, and support zero-emission bus operations, while maintaining consistency with applicable Board actions, funding requirements, and environmental documentation.

Bonita Unified School District is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Roofing at Various Sites.

The City of Carson is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors to provide labor, supervision, tool, equipment, and all incidentals necessary to complete flooring demolition and installation and associated substrate preparation services at the Carson Community Center, located at 801 E. Carson St., Carson, CA 90745. All flooring materials and associated products including, but not limited to, LVT, carpet tile, wall base, moisture mitigation systems, self-leveling underlayment, and adhesives will be furnished by the City. This solicitation is strictly for labor: demolition and installation services. The Contractor shall assume fully responsibility for the proper handling, preparation, and installation of all owner-furnished materials, including moisture testing, substrate preparation, crack repair, application of moisture mitigation systems, leveling, and finish flooring installation. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with manufacture specification, applicable ASTM standards, and accepted industry practices to ensure a complete, durable, and warrantable flooring system.

The Lynwood High School (4050 E Imperial Hwy, Lynwood CA 90262) DSA Modernization project includes both exterior improvements to the existing campus and modernization of six existing buildings Administration, Library, Performing Arts, Industrial Arts, Gymnasium, and Food Services buildings. Exterior improvements include new landscaping, concrete and asphalt replacement, new concrete and concrete pavers, new site lighting, and exterior finishes at all six buildings. Upgrades to the existing six buildings include new finishes throughout, new suspended ceilings and acoustical ceiling tiles, a new fire alarm system, complete restroom upgrades at all restrooms on campus, new roofing and skylights, full HVAC replacement, lighting upgrades, all new signage, and new access control throughout. The Performing Arts building will also receive a new motorized rigging system and a full audio/visual upgrade. The Food Services building will include new kitchen equipment and a new walk-in freezer and refrigerator. Lastly, there is also an onsite parking structure concrete work to bring the accessible parking and path of travel up to code. All potential bidders must prequalify. The project is subject to Public Work Agreement requirements. Pre-qualification required. Pre-qualification documents must be submitted by Friday, May 01, 2026 at 2:00pm.

The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of the construction of storm drain system improvements at Foster Road and Carfax Avenue as shown on the contract plans. The work to be performed generally consists of storm drain improvements including the removal of existing and installation of new piping; removal of existing and installation of new junction structures and catch basins; clearing and grubbing; trenching, backfilling and compacting; asphalt concrete (AC) pavement reconstruction; reconstruction of miscellaneous PCC improvements, landscaping, irrigation, and other existing improvements disturbed during the course of construction; traffic control; and all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements, in accordance with Plans and Specifications entitled Capital Improvement Project No. 24-23.

The Contractor is to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform a one-time landscape cleanup service and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Arleta DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The services shall be performed at 1440 Van Nuys Boulevard, Arleta, California 91331.

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to repair the roof at Fire Station 34 located at 1360 East Del Mar Boulevard, Pasadena, CA 91106. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and incidentals required for an entire roof repair. The scope of work involves cleaning and preparation of the existing roof system for the application of the WeatherWeld product per attached inspection report and a Title 24 compliant reflective roof coating.

Refresh Citywide Arterial Street Striping and Pavement Markings

Bonita Unified School District is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Asphalt at Various Sites.

The project includes, but is not limited to, pavement improvements, pavement resurfacing, utility adjustments, traffic loop replacement, replace traffic signing, thermoplastic striping and pavement markings, traffic control, removal and replacement of sidewalk at multiple locations; removal and installation of ADA curb ramps; removal and replacement of curb and gutter; removal and replacement of trees; adjust water meter boxes, removal and replacement of alley v-gutter; removal and replacement of alley curb ramp within the City of Lawndale. All sidewalk and access ramp removals shall be replaced within 72 hours. Traffic control plans are required as part of this project to maintain uninterrupted safe vehicular and pedestrian traffic throughout the work areas.

The project generally consists of onsite improvements to convert irrigation systems to recycled water. This work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of 0.5-1.5-inch irrigation piping, irrigation control valves, wye strainers, pressure regulators, valve boxes, spray heads, quick couplers, recycled water signs and identification tags, and all other necessary appurtenances to convert the sites to recycled water irrigation; and all associated work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Installation of the recycled water service, meter box and meter is not in contract and will be completed by agency.
