The work, in general, consists of constructing new concrete curbs, curb ramps, and sidewalks; cold planing existing asphalt concrete pavement; placement of hot mix asphalt; clearing and grubbing; installation of traffic striping; and installation of flashing beacons and roadway lighting. The project is located within the community of San Ardo and includes improvements along College Street, Center Street, Godchaux Street, and the intersection of Cattlemen Road.

Revitalization of various turf areas, install new mulch and plantings across the campus and potential addition of irrigation.

The project is to resurface Carmel Valley Road, approximately from Carmel Rancho Blvd to just east of Via Petra, near the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea. In general, the project consist of placing hot-mix-asphalt, including but not limited to localized pavement repair (dig outs), traffic pavement delineation, cold-planing of existing pavement, concrete curb ramps, survey monuments, clearing and grubbing, and traffic control.

The City is requesting bids from firms interested in providing all equipment, material and labor to complete the Beach Access 12th and 10th Avenues Stairs Repair (Carmel Beach Coastal Protection and Access Improvement). This work includes but is not limited to: Replacement and repairs of deteriorated structural components for two different staircases that provide public access to Carmel Beach, located at 12th Avenue and 10th Avenue.

Scope of Work: Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to install 2 inches of new asphalt paving over top of the existing asphalt road surface in two sections, approximately 11,570 square feet of road. The new paving section begins at the paint mark on the road near the division line between older and newer existing asphalt paving and includes portions of driveways one and two and extends just beyond Lodge Driveway Entry One. The work will include sweeping, removing debris, laying down a layer of tack oil, and covering the edges of the new asphalt. All spoils will be hauled off.

The project is located on Broadway Avenue between Fremont Boulevard and General Jim Moore Boulevard, Seaside, Monterey County. Work consists of, but not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to roadway, pedestrian, and bicycle improvements, including roadway reconfiguration and striping; construction of roundabouts, curb extensions, and median improvements; installation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)compliant curb ramps; sidewalk and concrete improvements; street lighting, drainage modifications; signage and pavement markings; related streetscape improvements; and sanitary sewer upgrades, as shown on the Plans and specified herein.

The Project is located at 137 Soledad St, Soledad, CA, 9396 and is described as follows: Work associated with the base bid includes the repair and/or replacement of the existing roofing system and appurtenances at the City of Soledads Historical Society building.

The Project is located east of Highway 101 within the City limits and is described as follows: The City of Soledads sanitary sewer collection system has experienced hydrogen sulfide gas which has ultimately caused deterioration of some sewer manholes within the system. This project will rehabilitate these deteriorated manholes by cleaning, repairing and applying a protective coating to the interior of these manholes. In addition, some manholes will have their frame and cover replaced and new grade rings installed. A total of 12 manholes have been identified for work under this Contract.

In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, setting the required storm water BMP and traffic control requirements to safely construct the proposed surface mounted HMA (Type A) Central Island. This includes adjusting any City structures to grade, City Posts, Orca type lane-separator, new lane delineation, high visibility crosswalks, and the installation of a new school logo (using MMA material).

Scope of Work: floor tiles and mastic, roofing materials, thermal insulation, fireproofing, ceiling coatings and textures, wall interior and exterior surfaces, lead- lined walls and ceilings, plumbing fixtures, aboveground and belowground piping, windowsills and frames, doors and frames, underground tanks, and exterior surfaces including walkways, curbs, and paving encountered during CTF facility projects involving demolition, removal, or repair of construction materials containing asbestos or lead. All asbestos and lead work shall conform to all applicable Federal, State, local laws and CDCR Specifications governing the identification, preparation, testing, sampling, training, equipment, safety, monitoring, signing, fencing, removing, hauling and disposal of friable and non-friable asbestos, lead-based and lead containing coatings and materials.

The City of Gonzales, California is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms for a variety of municipal engineering, surveying, building division services, capital project delivery, development review, staff augmentation, and other professional services. The firm selected must demonstrate experience in providing professional services, must be exceptionally capable of producing the desired services in a highly professional and cost- conscious manner, and must have established relationships with regional and State agencies. Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be used to: 1) select a lead firm to serve as the City Surveyor and provide ongoing surveying services to the City 2) qualify firms to create an eligibility list in several areas of expertise to provide on-call services on an as needed basis.
