Description

The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: tenant improvement to a 110,000-square-foot indoor municipal gymnasium facility located at 17300 Red Hill Ave. in the Irvine Business Complex. The improvements include 10 multi-use courts, 10 badminton courts, a multipurpose room, a food court, and commercial kitchen and all related architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, audio and visual, and plumbing related scope. The new facility will serve as a premier regional sports hub and the City of Irvines first municipal gymnasium. The scope includes these and other items not mentioned here but are required by the Special Provisions.
