Furnish and install approximately 4,940 linear feet of 12-inch PVC recycled water pipeline and all appurtenances thereto along Del Obispo Street from Park Lantern to Stonehill Drive in the City of Dana Point.

Brea Olinda Unified School District is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Brea Olinda High School Kitchen Cooler and Freezer Replacement.

The work of this Contract shall consist of removing the existing roofing surface, existing sealant materials, unrestorable wood, and scrape peeling paint. Contractor shall prime entire roof and coat entire roofing system per specification. Contractor shall replace all removed wood, which includes all windshield wood. Contractor shall paint all wood and metal surfaces adjacent to the roof with color matched high-quality paint (to be approved by staff before application).

The project site consists of a narrow, roughly 1-acre stretch of land, situated along the Santa Ana River just north of W. Chapman Ave., between N. Rampart St. and the Santa Ana River Bike Trail. The site was acquired by the City of Orange through a long-term lease agreement with Orange County Public Works. There are mature trees existing on the site, including Coast Live Oak, Western Sycamore, and several large Eucalyptus. The City intends to develop a new passive park on the site with amenities, to potentially include walking path(s), an enclosed dog amenity, bench seating, native landscaping, drinking fountain/bottle filler/dog watering station, trash receptacle(s), fencing, and signage. The design should consider and incorporate, where possible, the existing trees and minimize disruption to existing root zones. The design should include the use of durable, low maintenance materials and landscaping. A general site concept plan has been prepared for the City and is included in Attachment B.

The City of Orange, a Municipal Corporation, is requesting proposals from qualified professional design firms, for design services and corresponding preparation of construction plans, specifications, fee estimates, bidding and construction support for the El Modena Basin Area Improvements Design Project. The project may also include the preparation of an appropriate California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document and all necessary supportive technical studies. Through a 1973 use agreement with Orange County Flood Control District (OCFCD), the City operates the El Modena Basin, located north of the intersection of S. Hewes Street and E. Jordan Avenue, as a public park. Existing amenities include a decomposed granite (DG) walking path around the basin reservoir, limited open space, and minimal site furnishings. This project will enhance and expand the parks functionality by improving the existing DG path to provide a continuous, ADA-accessible loop with improved grading and by utilizing solar-powered fixtures to provide much needed area and pathway lighting throughout the site. Additional improvements will include irrigation upgrades and new landscaping and trees, along with the potential addition of shaded seating and picnic areas, drinking fountain/bottle filler/dog watering station(s), trash receptacles, and signage. The project is intended to strengthen connectivity to adjacent community assets, including El Modena Library, El Modena Park, and surrounding neighborhoods.

The County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling (OCWR), requires professional Architect-Engineer (A-E) services to support the planning, design, and implementation of projects at active and closed landfill facilities. These services are necessary to address regulatory requirements, maintain critical infrastructure, support operational reliability, and deliver capital improvement and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner. A-E services under this Contract will support a range of project needs, including but not limited to engineering design, technical analysis, permitting support, construction support, and project administration. Work will be issued on a task order basis to respond to OCWRs evolving workload demands and project scheduling priorities. This Contract is intended to provide OCWR with timely access to qualified A-E firms to support landfill-related projects on an as-needed basis. No specific volume or guarantee of work is implied under this Contract list, not only awarding contracts. We should include language that clarifies a QVL list is also being established for the AE service.

The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking proposals from consultants to provide crossing guard services at eight (8) schools for the City of Laguna Niguel. Services include but are not limited to providing crossing guards to monitor, supervise, and assure the safety of school children and pedestrians who utilize street intersections and crosswalks to and from school. The Consultant is to provide fully trained crossing guards for up to two (2) hours per guard for each location for a total of 180 days per year, with services decreasing or increasing contingent upon school schedules and City desires. The Consultant will manage the crossing guard services in coordination with the Laguna Niguel Public Works Department.

The project includes installing new electric ovens (provided by the District) and completing all necessary electrical and gas utility modifications and restoring affected areas to a finished condition. Contractor is responsible for providing and installing all associated materials and equipment related to the project to deliver a fully furnished and finished turnkey product.

The Public Works Department of the City of Costa Mesa (City) is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for the design of the Citys Center Street Pedestrian Crossing and Circulation Improvements project. Placentia Avenue is a 4-lane Primary Arterial with a continuous two-way left-turn lane and with directional Class IV separated bicycle facilities (Cycle Tracks). The posted speed limit along Placentia Avenue within the project limits is 35 miles per hour (mph). At the intersection of Placentia Avenue and Center Street, there are retail land uses on the northwest and northeast corners of the intersection and residential properties on the southwest and southeast corners. Center Street is a 2-lane local residential street with single family homes east of Center Street and multi-family housing west of Center Street. Center Street has on-street parking on both sides of the street and has a posted speed limit of 25 mph. The purpose of the project is to facilitate pedestrian crossing movements at the intersection of Placentia Avenue and Center Street and further improve bicycle and pedestrian safety. The City of Costa Mesa would like to procure professional engineering services for the Center Street Pedestrian Crossing and Circulation Improvements (Project) to design a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Signal (Also known as HAWK signal) on Placentia Avenue at Center Street (Exhibit A). The project includes a new curb extension (bulb-out) at the northwest corner of Placentia Avenue and Center Street to supplement the new crossing. The project will also consist of new signing and striping, slurry seal, new curb ramps, sidewalk, landscaping, parkways and utility relocations (as needed).

The project work requiring architectural design services include: A renovation and redesign of the multi-occupancy, multi-gendered restroom to satisfy ADA requirements. The facilities shall include two (2) standard stalls and one (1) ADA accessible stall, in addition to a communal sink area. The existing storage closet can be demoed to allow additional space for the facilities. Sewer piping will need to be removed and replaced to rid the current system of any corroded or piping in unacceptable condition. Renovation and redesign of the private restroom near the west entrance of the station. The restroom is to be widened to allow additional space for occupants. Existing walls separating the private office from the communal work area shall be demolished. New HVAC units, including any accommodations to ensure structural integrity of existing roof will not be compromised, including new ducting in area of proposed upgrades. New ACT ceiling below existing ceiling. Convert existing COATS ROOM into coffee bar area and demo existing wall separating room from communal work area. Update electrical subpanel to assist in accommodating additional loads. Other cosmetic and construction work to be performed not requiring architectural design or input include: Abatement (ceiling, floors, and walls). Prepping, priming, and painting existing walls within limits of work. Removing and replacing existing floors with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) within limits of work. Embed all wall mounted electrical within limits of work. Removing and replacing all lighting within limits of work. Removing all of the cubicles and desks and replacing them with units chosen by the City.

OCTA is seeking a security company to provide daily security services at 2677 N. Main Street in Santa Ana, CA. We are seeking a firm to provide protection of property, employees and tenants of the building.

The work generally consists of closing all sidewalk gaps located within one-half mile of a school entrance in various locations throughout the City: Acacia Street, La Palma Avenue, Frontera Street, & Santa Ana Canyon Road. The scope of work includes the construction of 1.23 miles of sidewalk & multi-use trails, as well as construction and re-construction of new curb and gutter, driveway approaches, ADA compliant curb ramps, and drainage facilities within these various locations, and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the proposed improvements in accordance with the Projects Plans and Specifications. The goal of this project is to promote the use of active transportation, such as walking and biking, by ensuring safe routes to school and providing much needed accessible sidewalks, multi-use trails, and ADA compliant curb ramps.

The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of, but is not limited to, (1) distributing notices to affected residents; (2) traffic control; (3) construction surveying; (4) removing existing asphalt or concrete streets/alleys, alley approaches, sidewalks, curb and gutter, curb access ramps, concrete valley gutters and driveways; (5) constructing new concrete streets/alleys, alley approaches, sidewalks, curb and gutter, compliant curb access ramps, and driveways; (6) adjusting and/or installing new City utility covers to grade; (7) replacing obliterated or damaged traffic striping; (8) coordinating with subcontractors to adjust utility facilities to grade; (9) removing existing hardscaping and pavement as needed for contract work; (10) remove and replace concrete paver on raised median along Park Ave; (11) repaint curb and traffic lanes, replace striping, markers; and (12) other incidental items to be completed in work places required by the Contract Documents. All construction for the work shall reference these Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, and all Contract related documents.
