Description

The Orange County Sheriffs Department, has facilities requiring routine and as-need lighting, inspection, testing, cleaning, corrective maintenance, service, replacement, and minor alterations. Minimum frequency and tasks to be in accordance with all manufacture specifications and recommendations, County tasks and duties, State, Federal, Local laws, and regulatory requirements. In addition to routine scheduled service and planned corrective maintenance, Contractor shall be available for emergency services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three-hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. Contractor shall perform scheduled and on-call tasks and duties at the following service locations and upon request by the County, may respond to various other locations not listed for as-needed services, to include any current or future Sheriff maintained facility.
