Description
Drew Park: The work of this Contract will consist of removing the existing swings, removing the existing play area, removing the sand from the play area, removing earth, irrigation lines and heads, a tree, and moving a bench (protect) for the new swing area. Contractor will then install a new swing area and swings, and install a new play structure, owner furnished. Once the poured-in-placed rubberized surfacing is installed by product vendor, the Contractor will return to the site to finish installation details and demobilize. Robinwood Park: The work of this Contract will consist of removing the existing swing and play structures, along with the existing surfacing (sand). Contractor will then install two (2) new play structures and swings, owner furnished. Once the poured-in-placed rubberized surfacing is installed by product vendor, the Contractor will return to the site to finish installation details and demobilize.
