Description
The work to be constructed hereunder is located in numerous locations throughout the City of Laguna Hills. The work generally consists of unclassified excavation/grinding, asphalt concrete pavement repairs, sidewalk concrete pavement repairs, cold planing, crack sealing, asphalt concrete overlay, Type I Central Plant Mixed Rubberized Emulsion-Aggregate Slurry, raising manholes and water valves to grade, striping and related work. The Total Base Bid consists of a Base Bid consisting of Mobilization/Clearing & Grubbing, Water Quality Best Management Practices, and Asphalt Concrete overlay of Zone D within the City, and five (5) Additive Bids. Award of Contract shall be based upon the Base Bid.
