Description
Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is a public agency responsible for collecting, treating, and safely disposing of wastewater and its residuals. OC Sans collection system includes approximately four thousand (4,483) manholes. The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to replace the damaged manhole frames and covers identified by OC San with OC San provided frames and covers.
