Description

The City of Placentia invites bids for a project that in general includes: The sawcut, removal and disposal of existing AC, PCC and miscellaneous roadway and parkway improvements, cold milling, roadway narrowing and construction of new curb and gutter, median curbs, curb extensions (bulb-outs), sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, base course and ARHM surface course/overlay roadway pavement, concrete paver construction, traffic and wayfinding signage, traffic striping and pavement markings, construction of new fiber optics system, electrical improvements, removal of existing and construction of new street, pedestrian and landscape up-lights and receptacles, new street trees, landscape planting and irrigation system, new street furniture including benches, trash cans and bike racks, roadway bollards and reinforced PCC foundations, catch basin relocations, new RCP storm drain pipe, collars, manholes, junction structures and appurtenances, utility adjustments, traffic control and construction phasing, and all appurtenant work other items not mentioned that are required by the plans and specifications. All construction work shall be in accordance with the project bid documents, plans, technical specifications and all other references as depicted in strict adherence to the latest Greenbook, Citys standards and all other State and utility agency specifications.
