Description

South Coast Water District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced licensed civil engineering firms to provide civil engineering services (the Services) for the Creekside Well Equipping Redesign and Groundwater Recovery Facility (GRF) PLC Replacement Project as outlined in Attachment A. Final contract terms, including compensation and length of agreement are subject to the final District and/or Board of Directors approval. This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, under Financial Assistance Agreement R24AP0065200, through the WaterSMART Drought Resiliency Program. As such, all work performed under this RFQ and the resulting Agreement is subject to the federal terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Notice of Award and the attached Federal Financial Assistance Terms and Conditions.
