Description
The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: removal of existing playground surfacing, concrete pavement and playground equipment; new resilient surfacing and sand pit areas; new shade structures, picnic tables, and playground equipment; concrete ramps, sidewalk and mow curbs; new fitness areas around existing track with new resilient surfacing; utility protection, relocation, cooperation and coordination; asphalt mill & overlay; pavement delineation and signing; landscape and irrigation construction and adjustment of IRWD and other utility facilities; and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
